"They completely messed up our policies without even discussing the changes with us ahead of time, and even though we had 3 people in the meeting with Tim who verified the changes were NOT discussed, he doubled down saying we were all wrong and he was right and didn't even apologize for having messed our policies up. He cut our coverage to less than half of what we needed, removed my wife, and other unauthorized changes that weren't ever discussed. We had to change agents to get things fixed."
